Everyone loves a freebie right? And the free printable journal cards that come regularly with the Illustrated Faith newsletters never disappoint. Colourful, stylish, on-trend and on-point – I’ve loved every single one of them, and I’ve regularly included them in my journaling Bible.
To keep it even more interesting I’ve developed a number of different ways to use them. I’m going to share all of those ideas in my video today as I walk you through what I’ve done in the past. Probably the ‘technique’ that I love best of all is to print out the journaling card in a much larger size so that I can fit all my thoughts or sermon notes onto it. Then I add some decorations and embellishments before sticking it into my bible with washi tape. This is a good method when you’re just starting out with bible-journaling or are a bit hesitant about putting your entries directly onto the page for fear of ‘making a mistake’. You can make all the mistakes you want on a printable because if you completely ruin it you can always print out another one and start again!
Side note: have you signed up for the newsletter? It keeps you up to date with all the latest Illustrated Faith news, offers and products…. as well as giving you access to the printables ;-) You can sign up on the home page. If you scroll down to the very bottom you’ll see the black footer, and on the right there is a space to enter your name and email address for the newsletter.
