As a multifaceted individual, wife, sister, daughter, and artist, I want to share how I navigate the complexities of balancing life’s various roles with my spiritual growth. This month, I’m eager to share the practices that have helped me carve out still moments with God amidst the whirlwind of daily life. My path hasn’t always been straightforward. From the challenges of being a teen mom to wrestling with faith, I’ve experienced the weight of expectations and the struggle of finding my place with God. These experiences, however, have shaped me into the person I am today, someone who is confident in her identity in Christ and understands the importance of nurturing not just the relationships with those around her, but also with God. For many of us, life is a balancing act of supporting our loved ones while also taking care of our own needs-physical, emotional, and spiritual. I’ve learned that while it’s natural to want to be everything for everyone, it’s equally crucial to establish boundaries and prioritize our spiritual well-being. This month, I want to guide you through the use of four simple yet impactful tools that have transformed my spiritual life. These practices have not only helped me attend to my personal and spiritual needs but have also enriched my relationship with God.
