What a year 2020 has been! It’s challenged us all, but there have been blessings in the midst of it. As we roll into 2021, I considered what would be a good focus for our writing plan and again and again came back to the Psalms and Proverbs. The Psalms are chock-full of praise for our creator, and also heartfelt honesty in regards to communication with Him. This is how we let him minister to us, bestowing peace and rest and comfort- by revealing our true feelings, raw as they may be, in their entirety, and then praising Him for what He has done and will do. Psalms is great at showing us how to rightly process our emotions. Proverbs is simply full of wisdom for living a life of peace and righteousness. I hope that you are blessed by cracking open your Bible each day and knowing you have a whole community of women doing the same thing!
