Hello lovelies! I’ve really been in the mood to mix up my supplies lately and do something a little different with my printables from the Print & Pray Shop. Some of my favorite projects that I create are ones that I end up giving away & sharing with my friends. Gifts are ABSOLUTELY my love language & I embrace it whole-heartedly. Most people just label me as an “over gifter” though. haha But that’s ok. Giving little gifts & handmade treats is like a sport to me! I love creating something & thinking “Kelly would totally adore this,” or “Oh this would be perfect for Allie’s midori!” So I’m constantly just popping little bits & bobs together to make something small, letting the people in my life know that I love them.
I think the Wild Love printable kit from the Print & Pray Shop is the perfect set to sit down with, pray over, & create something meaningful for the people you love! I create these little mini masterpieces that I call Love Tags.
There’s really no specific purpose for them, but there are tons of ways to use them. And you don’t need a lot to create them, either which is one thing I love. Love Tags are a total stash-buster project. Some ideas on little pieces you can use on your tags are: printables, paper scraps, fabric snippets, magazine images, leftover alphas, tissue paper, wrapping paper, doilies, confetti, sequins, wood veneer pieces, die cuts, leftover punch-outs, paper clips, felt bows, enamel hearts, and the list goes on & on! I keep a trinket dish on my craft desk of little extra bits leftover from projects & then when I go to create a small-scale piece, I reach in that bowl to see what treasures I have. :)
Then I just glue, sew, staple, & paint little mini inspiring collages on plain tags you can find at the craft store. I usually start with a little paint, then add my tissue paper or fabric scraps, & work in my paper bits from there. All of these tags in this post were created using the Wild Love Kit printable shapes & tabs. (Here’s a tip: cut & punch out all of your printables in a kit at once– you’ll be more likely to use them & you won’t have to slow down your creative brain to cut them out!) I just LOVE all the painterly florals in this set. They just scream love. :)
I give these little micro works of art to my friends, family members, & co-workers just to say “Hey you. You’re loved!” But here’s a few more ways you could spread the love with your own Love Tags:
- Use as bookmarks
- Mark pages in your Bible
- Slip them in your planner
- Put them through the rings in your Praise Book
- Attach them to gifts
- Write a letter on the back
- Hang on your neighbor’s doorknob
- Tape them to your mirror as a morning reminder
- Put them in your kids’ lunch boxes
- Package your Happy Mail up with them
- Trade them like Artist Trading Cards at a meet-up
- Hang them in your prayer closet
- Send to a friend instead of a card so they can hang it somewhere
For the cost of a download & some leftover scraps, show ENDLESS people in your life some love! It’s never ever ever going to be a bad idea to do something sweet for someone else! :)

What a great idea. I’ve had the same idea recently. I was thinking about making some tags just to leave around town or in church for other people to find.
That’s called “guerrilla art!” I actually have a post coming up in the coming weeks about that very thing! I’ve done it before & it’s such a great thing to do! I say go for it, girl!
Love these!! I going to have to get myself that download!?
RIGHT!? It’s soooooo pretty! Thanks for the comment, love bug! :)
This is such such such a great idea! I’m totally into little creative projects right now that get creative energy out in those moments I haven’t heard from the Lord yet on where to go in my pages. Thank you for this!
ABSOLUTLEY! And sometimes you just need something quick that doesn’t require much brain power. The projects that are all passion, no thinking, are oftentimes the ones with the most heart in them!
Love Love Love!
