Each morning after I drop my daughter off at pre-school, I have about a 10 minute drive alone to work. This is my time to just talk to God, to pray for the upcoming day and give thanks for all that I am blessed with. I absolutely love this time. I imagine passerbys wonder who the crazy lady having an animated conversation with herself is.
The other day, during my morning chat with Jesus, I was overcome by the fact that MY God is also the God of billions of other people (whether they know it or not). I can pray to Jesus any time, 24/7, and he hears me. I can ask for God’s peace to cover me during a stressful situation, and God gives it to me, right then. I can ask for guidance and recieve it, whenever I please. God is there for me every single second of every single day AND He does all of that for everyone that is a believer. Just meditating on that fact had me in tears. What an amazing God we have!!
