I am excited to announce another workshop! There is a bit of a story behind this one and I wanted to make sure to share that with you. One of my favorite places to interact with people on social media is instagram . It was through instagram and the hashtag #illustratedfaith that I found my sweet friend Pam. Not only is she sharing her journaling bible but she frequently shares how AWESOME her church is! Her husband Chuck is the pastor and it’s clear that they LOVE their church! So when I decided to go down to Ventura for a conference I reached out to Pam to see if they would be interested in having an Illustrated Faith workshop at their church either before or after the conference. To tell you the truth I was a little nervous to put myself out there like that, but Pam answered with EXCITEMENT and such enthusiasm! Since then the team at crossroads has worked together to bring a TOTALLY unique workshop to their church. I just can’t wait to meet these wonderful people, see this amazing church and OF COURSE teach this workshop!
During this workshop I will be sharing a bit about my testimony and how God is using this in my life. From there we will talk about the hows, whys, wheres, whats on the idea of illustrating your faith in the margins of your bible. We will also work directly in our bibles, sharing techniques, ideas and answering frequently asked questions! It’s just going to be SO much fun and I hope you will join & bring a FRIEND!
