Hellloooooo beautiful people! I’m so excited to be here on the blog today because this is the first time I’m posting a layout in my Illustrated Faith Planner!!! How cool is THAT!? :) Aside from oohing & aahing over how cute the planner designs are, check out how I used the “I Am Strong” devotional kit by Dayspring designed by Wilna Furstenberg. There are 186345 ways to incorporate the monthly devotional kits into your everyday projects & I’m here to show you #1 by using it in my faith planner!
If you aren’t familiar with the Illustrated Faith monthly devotional kits, they come with so many cute products that are not only inspiring, but versatile. Included in each kit is: the devotional book, an exclusive stamp set, a colored ink pad, a roll of exclusive washi tape, a fabric clip, scripture cards, & a sheet of cut-apart elements. I’ve used 4 out of the 7 items in the kit on my planner pages! Should we make this like a game of iSpy? ;)
The stamps you receive in the kits aren’t images & sentiments that work ONLY with the devo book! They’re oftentimes inspiring words & phrases that are reminders of God’s love or ones that motivate you to be your best self. Therefore, they’re perfect for projects like this where you’re going to see them over & over. You can build such a wonderful environment & set yourself up for success by surrounding yourself with positive elements & reminders of your worth through Him.
I didn’t do it on these pages, but you could totally use the scripture cards & cut apart elements as adorable little tip-ins or paperclip them to the top of the page as a sweet little reminder! Anything that inspires you, encourages you, or brings you joy is worth keeping in eyesight! :)
Finally, I marked my page with the adorable fabric clip from the kit! These are so much fun & add tons of texture to your planner! And you can change them out as often as you want! The moral of the story is that by using the elements from the “I Am Strong” kit, I was able to pull in some of the scriptures & messages that Wilna incorporated into my daily planner. I won’t just be seeing them when I flip through the devotional book, I’ll be seeing them every day! Please explore the 186345 ways to use the supplies from your kits! Stamp #allthethings, use the washi to tape the scripture cards all over your house, Create an encouraging card for a friend from the cut-apart elements, GO CRAZY! He wants us to go crazy with these tools so that we can bring everyone to get get to know Jesus. :)
Happy Planning!
<3 Elaine

I am not sure how I need to use my new kit #if _Persevere. I like the packaging and the papers within but I am lost on how to use them as study. Your old monthly its had a specific direction, what to read, questions to answer and things to use in book. With the new ones I ‘m lost. Do you have a video or something to give some ideas? Thanks Sherry
